Hanison Construction Holdings Limited has announced the proposed amendments to its Memorandum and Articles of Association, in alignment with the latest Listing Rules concerning electronic communications and paperless listings. Shareholders will decide on adopting the updated framework at the upcoming AGM scheduled for August 20, 2024. Details regarding these changes will be outlined in a circular to be distributed to shareholders on July 25, 2024.
