Hanison Construction Holdings Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 20 August 2024, where it will present audited financial statements and reports, re-elect directors, and decide on directors’ remuneration. Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board to issue additional shares and securities, with the number of shares issued not to exceed 20% of the Company’s issued shares as at the date of the resolution, plus a potential 10% more if a separate resolution is passed for shares buy-back.
