Hanison Construction Holdings Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on August 20, 2024, in Hong Kong, where shareholders will vote on a resolution pertaining to a Framework Agreement with Million Hope Industries Holdings Limited. Shareholders are required to lodge their share transfers by August 14, 2024, to be eligible to vote, and may appoint proxies if unable to attend. The resolution includes approval of the Agreement and Annual Caps, and authorizes directors to execute necessary documents and actions related to the Agreement.
