Hanison Construction Holdings and Million Hope Industries Holdings Limited have entered into a Framework Agreement effective from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027, covering their continuing connected transactions. The agreement requires shareholder approval as it surpasses certain thresholds set by the Listing Rules, necessitating an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for both companies. Shareholders will be advised by independent boards and financial advisors, with detailed circulars to be dispatched before July 25, 2024.
