Hang Seng Bank has appointed Catherine Zhou, the current Global Chief Information Officer for Wealth and Personal Banking at HSBC, as a Non-executive Director effective from October 2024. Her appointment will last until the 2025 Annual General Meeting, with a potential extension subject to shareholder approval. The bank’s board welcomes Zhou’s expertise in digital banking and innovation.
