Hang Seng Bank (HK:0011) has released an update.
Hang Seng Bank Limited has announced a second interim dividend of HKD 1.20 per share for the year ending 31 December 2024, payable to shareholders on record as of 15 August 2024, with a payment date of 5 September 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 14 August to be eligible for the dividend, while shares will trade ex-dividend from 13 August. The bank cautions that this dividend should not be seen as an indication of the full year’s profit or dividend levels.
