Hang Lung Properties Limited has announced an interim dividend of HKD 0.12 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Shareholders of the Hong Kong-based company will have the option to receive the dividend in cash or convert it into scrip shares, with details on the conversion price to be released later. The dividends are set to be paid out on September 25, 2024, with the book close period on August 16, 2024.
