Hancock & Gore Limited has announced a merger with UK-based Schoolblazer Limited, which is expected to create a leading global school uniforms platform. The deal, valued at around A$60 million, will be partly funded by a A$15 million equity raise from institutional and sophisticated investors. Upon completion, the merged entity will target synergies and expand Schoolblazer’s innovative online school wear offerings into the Australian market, with executives from both companies holding substantial shares in the combined business.
