Hampton Financial Corporation successfully completed a private placement of unsecured convertible debentures totaling $500,000, maturing in five years at 11% annual interest, with the option for conversion into shares of its subsidiary, Oxygen Working Capital Corp. The proceeds aim to support OWC’s loan book growth and fulfill working capital needs for continued expansion in North America.
