Hampton Financial ( (TSE:HFC) ) has shared an announcement.

Hampton Financial Corporation reported fiscal 2025 results showing modest top-line growth but continued losses as market conditions began to improve. For the year ended August 31, 2025, revenue rose 5% to $10.3 million, while the company posted a net loss of $4.2 million, or $0.08 per share, and an adjusted net loss of $2.4 million with negative EBITDA widening to $1.5 million. Fourth-quarter performance remained weak, with revenue down 23% year-over-year to $2.6 million and a quarterly net loss of $0.9 million, reflecting lingering headwinds in capital markets activity. Management pointed to declining interest rates, strengthening capital markets and accelerating commercial lending through its Oxygen Working Capital unit as signs of a more supportive environment and said it will pursue cost reductions and expansion of its wealth management, capital markets and commercial lending operations in an effort to improve performance and position the firm more competitively in 2026.
