Hampton Financial Corporation has successfully completed a $300,000 private placement of unsecured convertible debentures, which will mature in five years with an annual interest rate of 10%. The funds raised will support the growth of its subsidiary, Oxygen Working Capital Corp, a Canadian lender specializing in commercial factoring.
