Hampton Financial Corporation has successfully completed the acquisition of Oxygen Working Capital Corp., marking its entry into the commercial lending sector. OCC, known for its commercial factoring services across Canada, is expected to bolster Hampton’s long-term earnings and growth potential. The existing management team of OCC will remain to ensure business continuity and contribute to future successes, as stated by Hampton’s CEO, Peter Deeb.
