Hammond Power Solutions, a prominent manufacturer of transformers, has announced the acquisition of Micron Industries Corporation’s assets, a U.S.-based electrical products supplier with a revenue of roughly $23 million in 2023. The $16 million deal, expected to close by mid-October, will see HPS continue Micron’s operations and product offerings through its U.S. subsidiary.
