Hammerson PLC has repurchased 151,172 of its ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback programme, which started on October 16, 2024. The shares were bought at an average price of 294.65 pence per share and will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in circulation. This strategic move is part of Hammerson’s efforts to enhance shareholder value.
