Hammerson plc has announced the commencement of trading for its newly consolidated shares following approval at a recent general meeting. These shares will be available on multiple stock exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange, Euronext Dublin, and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, starting on September 30, 2024. The company expects an updated total of 498,925,735 voting rights post-admission of the new ordinary shares.
