Hammer Metals Partners with Sumitomo for IOCG Hunt

Hammer Metals Limited (AU:HMX) has released an update.

Hammer Metals Limited has entered into a Joint Exploration Agreement with Sumitomo Metal Mining Oceania for the Bullrush Project, targeting IOCG (Iron Oxide Copper Gold) deposits in North-West Queensland. Sumitomo can earn up to an 80% stake in the project by committing to exploration expenditures, with initial plans for a 2,000m drilling program. This collaboration aims to explore the untapped potential beneath moderate cover at Bullrush, leveraging the region’s history of copper and gold mineralisation.
