Gregory H. Trepp, CEO of Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company, has announced his retirement effective December 31, 2024, after a planned resignation as CEO and board member on September 30, 2024. He will assist his successor, R. Scott Tidey, who has been with the company in various senior roles and was appointed as the new CEO, starting October 1, 2024. Tidey’s compensation for his new role will be decided subsequently, and there are no disclosed conflicts or familial ties affecting his appointment.
