Hamelin Gold Limited ( (AU:HMG) ) just unveiled an update.
Hamelin Gold has outlined a busy 2026 drilling schedule across its Western Australian exploration portfolio, with reverse circulation drilling of about 3,000 metres planned at the Day Dawn Project in the Paterson Province following the imminent grant of its exploration licence. The company has also advanced preparations at its Venus Project in the Yilgarn with a detailed airborne magnetic survey and at its West Tanami Project with plans to test a +1g/t gold corridor and extend granitoid-hosted mineralisation at Jazz, underpinning this activity with cash reserves of roughly $3.1 million and the sale of its Ularring project to Gorilla Gold.
The Day Dawn tenement, located about 10 kilometres northwest of the Telfer gold mine, progressed through a Heritage Protection and Land Access Agreement with native title holders and a comprehensive reinterpretation of historical exploration data. This work has identified three high-grade gold prospects, named Aurora, Sparrows and Phoenix, which will be key early drilling targets and could enhance Hamelin’s exploration upside and strategic position across multiple premier gold provinces.
