Halfords Group PLC has announced that its registered share capital comprises 218,928,736 ordinary shares with equal voting rights and no shares in Treasury. Shareholders can use this total share count as a reference for declaring changes in their stake in the company as per the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
