Haleon PLC has announced the successful pricing of two notes totaling €750 million and £300 million under its EMTN program by its subsidiary, Haleon UK Capital plc. The funds raised from these fixed-rate notes, which are due in 2028 and 2033 respectively, are intended for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of an existing bond. The offering, set to close on September 18, 2024, was managed by major banks including Barclays and JP Morgan, but will not be available for sale in the U.S. due to regulatory restrictions.
