Haleon PLC has announced the purchase of 319,529 of its own shares on September 3, 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated earlier that year. Post transaction, Haleon’s total registered share capital consists of over 9 billion ordinary shares. The move is aimed at reducing the number of shares in circulation, potentially increasing the value of remaining shares for investors.
