Halcyon Agri Corp. Ltd. (SG:5VJ) has released an update.

Halcyon Agri Corp. Ltd. has successfully obtained a $40 million revolving credit facility from Coöperatieve Rabobank, contingent on ownership stakes by major shareholders. The deal has stipulations that require immediate repayment if certain ownership thresholds by key investors are not maintained. As of now, all conditions for the facility have been met and the funds have been drawn down, yet investors are advised to trade cautiously.
