Halcones Precious Metals Corp has revised its option agreement with Austral Exploraciones for the Polaris Project, reducing and spacing out the issuance of shares over a 12-month period. This move is seen as a strong endorsement of the project’s potential, with exploration plans including significant drilling efforts set to commence upon transaction closure. Halcones’ shares are expected to resume trading in early January 2025.
