Halcones Precious Metals Corp. has successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement financing, raising $1.06 million by selling units that include a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds raised are earmarked for the exploration and potential acquisition of mineral properties, as well as for general corporate purposes. The offering also involved payment of finder’s fees and the issuance of finder’s warrants, with final approval pending from the TSX Venture Exchange.
