Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. announces the resignation of Mr. Ding Xueqing as executive Director, Chairman, and Authorized Representative due to retirement, effective on the upcoming EGM scheduled for October 18, 2024. The company commends Mr. Ding for his dedicated service and significant contributions to the company’s development since November 2014. In his stead, Mr. Zhao Jianxiang has been nominated as the new executive Director, pending shareholder approval at the EGM.
