The latest announcement is out from Hain Celestial (HAIN).
Alison E. Lewis has been appointed as a new director of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc., effective September 1, 2024, following a Board meeting and recommendation by the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Bringing her experience as former Chief Growth Officer at Kimberly-Clark and past roles at Johnson & Johnson and The Coca-Cola Company, Lewis will also join the Compensation and Talent Management Committee and Audit Committee, with plans for reelection at the 2024 annual shareholders’ meeting. Recognized as an independent director by Nasdaq and the SEC standards, she will receive prorated non-employee director compensation and is expected to sign a standard indemnification agreement.
