Haiki+ S.P.A. ( (IT:HIK) ) has issued an update.
Haiki+ reported preliminary 2025 results showing revenues of €304 million and EBITDA of €46 million, both up about 50% year on year, with margins steady at 15%, driven largely by M&A, notably Ecobat (now Haiki Metals), and strong organic growth at Haiki Mines. The company handled roughly 825,000 tons of waste in 2025, significantly increasing internal treatment capacity while still working through plant underutilization at Haiki Electrics and Haiki Recycling.
The board approved a 2026–2028 development plan targeting 2028 revenues of €380 million and EBITDA of €68 million, implying CAGRs of around 8% and 14% respectively and an EBITDA margin improvement to 18%. A €56 million investment program in process innovation, a defined synergy and efficiency plan, and expected deleveraging to a net debt/EBITDA ratio of 0.6x, underpinned by strong operating cash flow and ESG initiatives including an “AA” risk rating and a lower carbon footprint, are set to reinforce Haiki+’s position in Italy’s circular economy.
