Haihong Zhu, the COO of ThermoGenesis Holdings, Inc., has stepped down from her role as a director on the company’s Board as of March 8, 2024. Her resignation is amicable, with no disputes cited regarding the company’s operations or policies. Zhu will maintain her position as the COO and as an executive officer and director of ThermoGenesis Corp., a subsidiary of the company.
