Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 8.0131 per 10 shares for the year ended December 31, 2023, with a slight adjustment due to the proposed transfer of shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Shareholders must register by July 19, 2024, to be eligible for the dividend, which will be paid on August 16, 2024. The adjustment maintains the total distribution at approximately RMB 7,471 million, and non-resident enterprises will be subject to a 10% withholding tax.
