Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 8.04 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid out at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09771894. Shareholders approved the dividend on June 20, 2024, and the payment date is set for August 16, 2024, with a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise shareholders and a 20% withholding tax for domestic individuals investing through the Southbound Stock Connect.
