Haichang Ocean Park Holdings Ltd. has successfully passed a resolution to adopt the 2024 Share Option Scheme with overwhelming shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 28, 2024. The resolution received a 98.31% favorable vote from the shareholders present. The company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, oversaw the vote-taking process.
