Hai Leck Holdings Limited has announced key changes to its Board and Committees, effective 21 May 2024. Mr Chua Keng Woon will take on the role of Lead Independent Director and Chair the Audit Committee, while Mr Reuben Tan Wei Jer will become the new Chairman of the Nominating Committee. The reshuffle is part of a strategic repositioning of the company’s leadership team.
