Hafnia Limited announces a planned relocation from Bermuda to Singapore, with a shareholder meeting scheduled for 11 September 2024 to vote on the proposed scheme of arrangement. Eligible shareholders as of 6 August 2024 will receive notice to vote on the company’s continuation to Singapore. Hafnia, a leading tanker owner and part of the BW Group, offers integrated shipping services and employs over 4000 people across global offices.
