Hafnia Limited is planning to relocate its legal domicile from Bermuda to Singapore, a move which will be decided upon in a shareholder meeting following a court hearing on August 5, 2024. The redomiciliation process will maintain the company’s current management, assets, and liabilities, but will result in a new company registration number, ISIN code, and CUSIP number, while keeping the same LEI code. The anticipated completion of this move is expected in the fourth quarter of 2024.
