Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. has announced an interim ordinary cash dividend for the first half of the year ending June 30, 2024, at RMB 1.5 per 10 shares, which will be paid to shareholders on 21 October 2024 at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09448. Individual non-resident investors will be taxed at a rate of 10%, while non-resident enterprises will face a 20% tax rate, with certain eligible shareholders able to apply for preferential tax treatment.
