Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Xueming as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 5, 2024, following the resignation of Mr. Ao Qishun. Mr. Zhang brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, having held significant roles within the company’s parent and subsidiary firms.
