Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Xueming as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 5, 2024, following the resignation of Mr. Ao Qishun. Mr. Zhang brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, having held significant roles within the company’s parent and subsidiary firms. The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Ao for his contributions and welcomed Mr. Zhang to his new role.
