Guoco Group Refreshes Board Nomination Guidelines

Guoco Group Limited has revised its Board Nomination Committee’s terms of reference, which will become effective from 26 September 2024. The committee, established in 2012, is responsible for formulating policies for director nominations, ensuring board diversity, and overseeing the structure and composition of the Board to support the company’s strategy. It is empowered to recommend new appointments and is provided with sufficient resources, including access to independent professional advice, to fulfill its duties effectively.
