Gunnison Copper Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement offering, aiming to raise between C$2,000,010 and C$6,882,000 through the issuance of units comprising common shares and warrants. The proceeds will fund the High Value Work Program, including drilling and metallurgical testing for the Gunnison Copper Project’s pre-feasibility study. Combined with a recent non-dilutive funding from Nuton, LLC, the company expects to have sufficient capital to meet its objectives for the next 12 months and potentially expand its work programs.
