Gungnir Resources Inc. has announced their plan to extend the expiry dates of over 15 million warrants for an additional year, with the amendment pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. These warrants, linked to prior private placements, will maintain their original exercise prices while allowing holders extended time to invest in the company’s common shares.
