The Market Limited has announced a strategic partnership between its Gumtree Group and Homely Group, aiming to significantly expand Gumtree’s real estate listings from 11,000 to approximately 200,000 nationwide. This collaboration is set to enhance the customer experience and increase audience reach, though it is not expected to boost short-term revenue. The launch of a dedicated real estate landing page on Gumtree is planned for early November.
