Gulf Marine Services Shareholding Dilution Notified

Gulf Marine Services (GB:GMS) has released an update.

Gulf Marine Services PLC has reported a change in its shareholding structure, with Mazrui Investments LLC’s percentage ownership decreasing from 25.60% to 24.46% due to the dilution effects of new share issues by the company. This change follows the company’s exercise of warrants which led to the increase in the total number of shares. The notification was completed on August 5, 2024, in Abu Dhabi.
