Gulf Keystone Petroleum (GB:GKP) has released an update.

Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. has disclosed that Mr. Julien Balkany, Non-Executive Director, invested in the company by purchasing 50,000 common shares at a price of 113.7221p each. This acquisition, which occurred on the London Stock Exchange on 26 September 2024, increases Mr. Balkany’s ownership to 0.02% of the company’s issued share capital.
