Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. has successfully completed its share buyback program, acquiring 5,676,774 shares for a total of $10 million, resulting in a total shareholder distribution of $25 million for the year to date, including a recent $15 million interim dividend. Following the buyback, the company has 217,021,881 shares in issue, all with voting rights, as the repurchased shares have been cancelled.
