Gulf Keystone Petroleum has enhanced its board with the appointment of two new independent Non-Executive Directors, Catherine Krajicek and Marianne Daryabegui, set to join on October 1, 2024. Both appointees possess extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, with Krajicek’s background in engineering and asset management, and Daryabegui’s expertise in capital markets and M&A. Their collective experience is expected to align the company with UK Corporate Governance Code and diversify the Board.
