Gulf Keystone Announces Board Reshuffle

Gulf Keystone Petroleum (GB:GKP) has released an update.

Gulf Keystone Petroleum has announced key changes to its Board and Committees, following the appointment of David Thomas as the ongoing Interim Chair and the addition of Catherine Krajicek and Marianne Daryabegui as independent Non-Executive Directors. The reshuffle includes Thomas taking over as Chair of the Nomination Committee, Krajicek leading the Safety and Sustainability Committee, and Daryabegui heading the Remuneration Committee, as well as various other committee role assignments.
