Golden Metal Resources PLC has officially changed its name to Guardian Metal Resources PLC following the issue of a change of name certificate by Companies House on July 4, 2024. The rebranding reflects the company’s strategic focus on developing its significant metal projects in Nevada, including the largest undeveloped tungsten deposit in the USA at Pilot Mountain. Trading under the new name will commence on July 9, 2024, with the company aiming to contribute to the reshoring of critical and defense metal supply chains in the US.
