Guardforce AI Announces Registered Share Offering

Guardforce AI Co (GFAI) has released an update.

Guardforce AI Co., Limited, a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, has registered an offering of Ordinary Shares valued at up to $10,862,168 through an at-the-market agreement, with the legal counsel confirming the company’s good standing and the validity of the shares. The shares are to be issued and sold at an assumed price of $2.35 per share, according to the company’s legal counsel, Conyers Dill & Pearman, who also reviewed the necessary documents and legalities for the offering.
