Guangzhou R&F Properties Co. has successfully concluded its 2023 Annual General Meeting with all resolutions passed, including the approval of the company’s financial reports and the re-election and election of board members and a supervisor. Shareholders showed overwhelming support, with nearly all votes cast in favor of the proposed resolutions, such as re-appointing BDO Limited as the company’s auditor and authorizing the board to manage interim dividend payments.
