Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co. Ltd. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.4 per 10 shares for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, with a shareholder approval date set for June 13, 2024. The dividend will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09813, amounting to HKD 0.43925 per 10 shares, with payment due on July 26, 2024. Non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders will be subject to a 10% or 20% withholding tax, depending on their country’s tax treaty with China.
