Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holdings Company Limited has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.4 per share for the six months ending on 30 June 2024, with shareholders’ approval on the 27th of September 2024. The dividend will be paid at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.1054, amounting to HKD 0.4422 per share, with a payment date set for 15 November 2024. A withholding tax will apply, with rates varying from 10% for non-resident enterprises and individual H Shareholders to 20% for Mainland investors through Stock Connects.
